Quygynjim
I own a 2011 journey crew awd with a 3.6 auto trans. It has just over 106,000 miles. It is a very reliable car with the usual wear parts being replaced; ie. pads, rotors, wipers. This winter has been different, and cold. I have very little heat coming from my defrosters. There is a a bit more coming from the lower vents, but only with the recycle button on. Being in the northeast makes for a chilly 30 minute drive to work, even after letting car warm up for 15 minutes. The dealer is telling me it is a plugged heater core. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
2late4u
change out the heater core as suggested by the dealership . pay them $$$ or check out you tube for a simple way to change it out yourself or have your local mechanic watch it for a cheaper way to do it$. jr31070
