pixie_mtl
Hello: I have a 2010 Journey SE and was wondering what other size (besides 225/70R16) I could installed as winter tires? Thanks for your help
mr.m
you can install 215-75-16. that tire is going to be a bit taller. i think your stock size is the best bet(cheaper)
04redmach1
I would keep stock size, and run with Michelin tires. As soon as the Kumho's go, here I come Michelin
pkeller70
I found out this weekend that the stock 225/65/17 kumos that came on our sxt, are not worth a crap in the snow!!!! I have never owned a all season tire that did that bad. Did anyone else notice this? I checked into different tires and really didnt see any "aggressive treads" If anyone has purchased different tires what are they and how did they do and dont even get me started on the traction control!!!!!!!!! BUGS
All season tires are not snow tires. period. As far as getting an alternate size. Try this site and pound in your tire size to see how it changes your speedometer. www.Miata.net or google tire conversion calculator and follow the link to Miata
