Journey 2009 windshield wiper problem

Recommended Posts

Need Help, the windshield wipers only work in high mode, not in low, no function for the intermittent or for the rain sensor.

The park position does not work either.

Tried to change the motor but no change.

anything I can measure , or check?

Is there a wiper module?

live in Norway so not too many Dodge dealer here

I would check the wiper relay or the switch itself. Do you have any issues with your turn signals or high beam? Not sure what you mean by the PARK position not working? You can't get the car in Park, or the light is out?

I mean  park position of the wiper motor or wipers.  Now they just stop anyware.

I also have been doing GOOGLE searches and saw the same, BUT it does NOT give a location for a RELAY for wipers in the 09 model year or any of the first gen Journeys. I suspect that like the fuel pump relay, It's integral to the TIPM / fuse panel circuit board and NOT replaceable.

Like many other Dodge cars of this vintage {DJ, Avenger,200, Dakota, etc.} a replacement TIPM/fuse panel is needed
