Coopsrhere
We have a 2010 journey, our power outlets that have blown a fuse. Can someone please tell me where the fuses are for them, I have searched YouTube, Google and I'm getting no help whatsoever! If its inside then where because we dont see a thing under the glove box! Starting to pull my hair out over this searching for weeks! Thank you
larryl
your owners manual will tell you where the fuses and panel are located. there is one below the glove box on the firewall and one in the engine compartment on the drivers side that is marked its a black box Edited October 31, 2018 by larryl OhareFred and 2late4u 1

Coopsrhere
I'm not that foolish guys, I did search my owners manual before I posted this but thanks for the input.......it doesn't say where it is! My husband and I have been searching under the glove box and there is no fuse box/panel there!
OhareFred
I think my 09 fuse box on the inside is on the passenger side, below the glovebox, but on the side . So if you are looking from the seat, under the glovebox, on the right wall in front of the door. I’ll check when the car is here and post if I’m wrong. Coopsrhere
It's been snowing none stop since last night! We have looked under there and there doesn't seem to be a panel box anywhere! It's back breaking to look for this fuse box! We took the carpet out but still nothing! I'm going to go insane if we don't figure this out soon! :/
jkeaton
IIRC, its a very small box. Mostly covered by carpet and a pain to find. I had to lay upside down on the front seat with my head up under the dash to find it. 2010JourneyGuy
My 2010 Dodge Journey does not have an inside fuse box. You are not going crazy, all the fuses are in the engine compartment. They changed this in 2011 I believe to put it under glove compartment, but 2009 -2010 are this way. I just installed an aftermarket radio deck, and needed to run a red (ACC) wire to fuse box. Instead of running a wire through the fire wall, I pulled apart the center console and drink holder (there were 2 screws hiding underneath the drink holders which took me a long time to figure out - had to remove rubber insert to find them) and I spliced into the top charging port that works with the ignition. Hopefully this helps someone out there.
OhareFred
My 09 has one on the passenger side by the kick panel..... There is ALSO one under the hood. Got mine inJuly of 08 so no, they didn’t change anything, you just didn’t find it.? D-baylor
Ok so I've been trying to find this inside fuse panel. Nothing under the glove box. Just an amp to the right. Does it matter that it's an r/t? I've looked all around the area and nothing. My 6 disc changer won't load or eject. Anyone have a fix for this? OhareFred
I have an 09 RT. Passenger side, under the glovebox near the right kick panel. I don’t recall if it’s got a cover on it(I think it does) so it looks like a black box. Not sure what Amp your seeing, but I thought the amp was under the drivers seat, but I don’t have the premium sound system so it might be different.... 2010JourneyGuy
If your user manual only shows one fuse box under hood, you do not have one inside the vehicle and all fuses are under the hood in engine compartment. If you see inside fuse box in the manual, then you have one inside.
