gabebejjani
I paired my phone and used the phone for 4 days with no problems. Suddenly I can dial or receive calls but they cannot hear me although I hear them. I have tried pairing again but it did not work.

larryl
there are lots of posts regarding bluetooth did you try "search"? You can unhook the negative post on the battery and see if a reset will work...no warranty left?

gabebejjani
I already did that and it still did not work. There seems to be a mute on the voice.

Dinasmiles2
I’ve had that problem- go to phone and click on speaker/phone and then R- click on uconnect as the way you’ll be chatting and it’ll reconnect through your speakers to hear and speak. Ive also had other problems with my uconnect/screen- it has been replaced 3 time under warranty. I was told this last time they will not replace it even if it’s under warranty time. The screen changes to “please say a command” even when I have never clicked on uconnect! It’s very aggravating and you have to push the red button to go to the original screen to see radio info or see anything else on the screen. OhareFred
‘‘I was told this last time they will not replace it even if it’s under warranty time” What? And you accepted that? If it’s under warranty and it doesn’t work, they fix it. That’s what warranty’s are for.
