Bander24
I have a 09 Journey 2.4lt and I cannot figure out why they are on. I had a proformance chip installed one day and didn’t have any issuea for 2 days. Then the 3rd day those light came on. I disconnected the chip and reset the computer and did a reset for the dash lights: I have checked all fuses and relays and they are all good. I now have lost my lock and unlocks. I checked for codes and one came up and it was the Fuel level sensor A circuit High Input. So my thinking is that I have to have a bad ground somewhere. If anyone could give me suggestions I will trying anything. Thank you for your time
larryl
The CHIP was probably a bad idea 2late4u
redtomatoman
Leave the chip out. Drive it for a few days and do a hard battery disconnect reset again. No disrespect, but the 2.4 has no hidden performance. The chip isn't going to unleash anything positive. It probably will continue to unleash more lights, problems, and gremlins. My advice is to leave the chip out permanently. Summer Solstice, OhareFred and 2late4u 1 1
jkeaton
Research before adding any kind of “chip” to any vehicle. They are a waste of money.
