JT Thomas
I have a 2009 Dodge journey with the 3.5L transmission. The torque converter has gone bad and I was wondering if anyone knows will the 2015 Dodge journey 3.6L transmission fit in my 2009 because I have found one of those at a fair price. I'm not quite sure the difference between the 2 my mechanic said it should fit.
larryl
Why not ask a dealer or wreckers? They would be able to tell you for sure but I think the bell housing might be different on those two engines though 2late4u, NavalLacrosse and OhareFred
jkeaton
If the mechanic says it will fit, get that in writing and go for it. If it does not fit, he's (she's) on the hook for finding one that does. Armando G

Make sure it says "will fit" asĀ opposed to "should fit"...CYA. jkeaton
