adt1982
2010 SXT - 3 zone. Since April of 2018 it has had the heater core, blend door actuator, recirculation door actuator, and temperature actuator replaced. Now that it is turning cold out it has lukewarm heat on the passenger side. Any ideas? I'm about ready to trade it off. Armando G
larryl
Depends on how much time and money you want to spend before you dump it as it could be several things no doubt jkeaton and Summer Solstice
Armando G
Trade it off, you can probably get a 'hot' deal on a 2018, 6cyl right now. Keep you nice and warm through the winter. Almost 10 year old car, bound to have more issues popping up soon. Otherwise, take it in and quit guessing at it. Summer Solstice
You don't say how many miles are on the vehicle or whether these issues were diagnosed or if parts were changed shotgun. It makes a difference in whether to keep or replace. 10 years is getting up there but mileage and type of use is more important.
2late4u
a friend of mine was having problem with no heat on her charger they thought it was the heater core and other things ,ran up a big bill replacing stuff instead of checking things out and the repair place said it ended up being the engine oil cooler causing the problem...now to me that doesn't make sense but she couldn't make me understand how that would make your heater feel cold , as they were only worried about it getting fixed than they were to understand why it quit heating......just thought id put this out there... Hankster
The problem could be as simple as the hoses are reversed connecting to the heater core. jkeaton
