Hard downshift in the morning

The last couple of days the car has developed a hard downshift. This only happens 1 time in the morning when i pull out of my garage. It upshifts fine to 3rd or 4th but at the first red light when coasting to a stop there is a very

noticeable, hard, downshift at about 20-30km/h. I assume it's downshifting to 2nd? The car is brand new with just under 500km on the odo.

Any thoughts? Should I be worried or do you think I should give it a bit of time. Since it's so new maybe the

computer is still learning driving patterns.

PS. It's a 2010 2.4L with the 4 speed auto. Transmission fluid is right on the money.

thanks

I would guess the car is warming up, since the fluid not only lubricates the transmission it is also like a hydralic fluid that is used to move little pieces inside

try letting the car warm up for 5 minutes and see if this still happens
