bluejeep
I have found the culprit rocker arm that is 'ticking'. It's the closest one to the timing chain side, rear bank, inside row. I'm getting ready to loosen the cam bolts and my question is wether I have to loosen them in a certain order, and retighten in a certain order after slipping in the new rocker? tia
Summer Solstice
You need the torque specifications for your particular engine, which you do not mention. The specifications will include the sequence to proceed in. Google "cam torque specs" for your engine or consult a proper service manual. jkeaton and 2late4u
