GReading
If so, how do you power them on and off? Can't find anything. Also...what it is handle beneath the glove compartment? There is no switch. They either come on when the car is running or when the headlights are on. They are accent lights and are very dim. It has to be very dark in the cabin to notice them. I doubt that you would know that they are on if the normal cabin lights are on.

john223
The only thing I found underneath the glove box in my Journey was an air vent. Had my 2010 R/T for 1 week now, trying to find these lights. Any help on their location is appreciated!
diggit
Had my 2010 R/T for 1 week now, trying to find these lights. Any help on their location is appreciated! They are VERY dim... actually don't know why it was an option in the conv. group. They aren't very handy for anything. Only way to see them is in the dark...pitch black! oneframe
The lower LED feature is a joke, really, and shouldn't even be an added feature nor installed. In my old vehicle I had the ambient lighting in the footwell that goes on in all four sides depending on what door is opened. You are greeted with nice soft lighting. In my Journey, there's a small LED in both front footwell that don't do anything. It's too weak to even be anything than a drain to the battery. The fact that us owners don't even know it's there proves it's useless.
