Outside Dog
The journey has to go to the dealership on Friday for an oil change, and to be diagnosed with an issue of the coolant disappearing, bit no leaks to be found. I recently bought it, and had the warranty transferred. I still have all the warranty, for another few months until the shortest covered warranty stuff runs out. I plan to purchase extended. My question is- Will I have to pay for the oil and labor, or will it be covered? And- do I have to be the one to take the vehicle there, being my name's on the warranty and it's my first visit, or can I send it with a friend or relative while I'm at work? OhareFred
You pay for the oil change. As far as I know, anyone can take it in, but try a quick call to be sure. The warranty goes with the car, not the person.... coolant issue should be covered. Might be your water pump....
