I took it in today for repair because the chime stopped working, and Dodge tells me that my Journey never had a chime. Do you have a chime on your passenger side, front seat for the seat belt? Thanks! there never has been a chime on passenger seat/seat belt, what you may have experienced is the additional chimes , occasionally one or 2 which sometimes follow the normal "5" bells on the instrument testing , and they can happen up to 1-20 seconds after, basically its done a quick re-check if a system did not come on line in the network quick enough...
