jisecup
My girlfriend has a 09 journey (4cyl) and i was curious if it would pull my 3 rail dirtbike trailer. anywhere from 1-3 bikes that weigh average 130-150 lbs. I have a 6cyl ford ranger that pulls it just fine, but dont want to buy a receiver hitch for the journey if it's not going to be able to pull it. Thanks all! Below is a pic of a simliar trailer just found on google. But same setup with MAX amount of bikes on trailer. I am also thinking it will pull this single hitch bike carrier with no problem, for travels that just include me, her, and our daughter... like this:
WOLF
i haul this little trailer i had made with my little old 4 cylinder diesl here in the UK, and the trailer is rated at 1000KG payload all up!! so a few dirt bikes should be a breeze!!! its got a floor pan of 8 feet x 4 feet (internal) to give you an idea of the size!! hope this helps

Its a good job the car is rated @1360Kg. Its the same 2.0 diesel as wolf but I think the 2.4 petrol is rated a little less but should be no problem at all. I have a USA 7 pin wiring kit for sale that I purchased in error I have since fitted a UK 13pin socket.
