I am a new Journey Crew owner. It's a 2012, and I've been having issues with the touch screen. At times, it's very responsive, but most of the time it either won't recognize a touch, or it seems to lag a bit. I did do the UConnect update to it and I have been online watching videos on how to reset the touch screen. I have tried touching the upper right hand corner but it never worked for me. Any other suggestions would be very helpful.
