dgrosecl
My Iphone 4 has stopped connecting to the USB ports/charging phone in my 2019 Journey. The car is 2 years old and no problems had been occurring connecting the phone to the USB ports. I disconnected the cable from the USB, took it into the house and connected to a wall outlet and Phone began charging immediately. The ports are also showing blue activity lights. Audio output via the AUX connection still works. Any ideas/suggestions?

dgrosecl
Just attempted to connect a different IPhone into the USB port. Nothing happened. So it's the car. Confusing the issue is the blue indicator light on the USB plug-in adapter is lit? So....is it possible for the power light to be on even though there is no power?
