RF123
Does anyone have a part number for the passenger side air door actuator.? For a 2011 journey.
larryl
Any dealership in North America should be able to give you that info quite easily

RF123
Hi I tried one dealer in the country so far and the parts guy couldn’t find it and said I have to buy the air box complete. Doesn’t sound right so I thought I would see if anyone on here has replaced it. I have replaced the mode blend door no problem getting that one. This damper motor is hard to find so maybe he is right.

tsteves5
Try part number 68018109AA. See if that looks like your part.
yyz
like this https://www.amazon.com/Heater-Blend-Actuator-68018109AA-604-029/dp/B07PW45QDV
tsteves5
You will need to run the HVAC actuator calibration procedure once you replace this actuator.
RF123
That actuator works on the other 2 or 3 in the car but not the particular one I need. The one I need has a female gear connection not male like one suggested. In the car it is located under the mode door to left of glove box. I screwed my self by having wife exchange it at parts store as warranty thinking it was the one I replaced a year ago so I don’t have the old one to look at anymore. thank you for the info and for any other input you all may have. yyz
Pretty sure all 3 actuators are the same.
John/Horace
2011 was the first version of Journey before current model that is now discontinued. Even dash itself is different in the 2009-2011, wrecker suggestion may have been useful. RF123
