CleanJourney2017
HELP! I recently installed LED's for interior dome light bulb.. everything was going perfect, but as soon as I went to go install the last set, which is for the rear trunk latch light.. the lights no longer work unless pushed manually. When you unlock your dodge journey, you should get your interior lights, I see mine flicker for about a milli-second before they turn off permanently. I tried pulling all interior fuses and replacing them with no luck.. does anyone know WTF is going on? i miss unlocking my car and seeing lights on when its dark out. larryl
Try putting the regular bulbs back in....sometimes LED lights can mess things up jkeaton
jkeaton
Agreed. Could be cheap bulbs, an issue with CANBUS, etc. Put the regular bulbs back in and see if that corrects the issue, if so, the LED bulbs you got are not compatible. Welcome to the forum. John/Horace
Led load resisters needed on the circuit, or as OP’s are saying, buy better bulbs. https://www.rockauto.com/en/tools/electrical-bulb+&+socket,tool,led+bulb+load+equalizer,49474 Locosiete and jkeaton 1
