bob7296
Why give Chrysler the busness for their premature brake pads and rotors.? My front pads wore out at < 19,000 miles, replacing them was a breeze! < 15 minutes each! Ebay has some sites with reasonable prices for pads and rotors, here's a few to check out: DODGE JOURNEY CARAVAN 08 09 FRONT DRILLED BRAKE ROTORS $89.00! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DODGE-JOURNEY-CARAVAN-08-09-FRONT-DRILLED-BRAKE-ROTORS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem414e549f76QQitemZ280487042934QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories 2009 09 Dodge Journey OE Ceramic Front Brake Pads $43.00! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2009-09-Dodge-Journey-OE-Ceramic-Front-Brake-Pads_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem3efdf0757aQQitemZ270548366714QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
rixell
Good info! Also, it is always a good choice to go with ceramic pads instaed of the semi-metalic for obvious reasons but remember to have your rotors cut even if they look OK. email4walker
Did you do your rears to match your fronts? I thought about ordering my rotors and pads from ebay, but I was not sure about the quality. How are they holding up?
Swerv
I am also curious about this... I am currently looking at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DODGE-CARAVAN-JOURNEY-08-09-BRAKE-ROTORS-PADS-F-R-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem23075206d5QQitemZ150446671573QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories Which is pads and roters. It looks like a great deal but i cant tell of the quality. Anyone else able to give some intelligent input?

I replaced the rear pads, took a little longer than the front because the piston screws down rather than pressure. Be careful not to damage the rubber boot.
