TomK
I have a 2018 Dodge Journey Crossroad. You can flask the high beams by pulling turn signal lever towards you but cannot turn high beams on when pushing switch away from you. I checked both fuses under hood and they are good. Could not locate a headlight relay???? These are standard headlights. I tried changing the multi function turn signal switch and they still dont work. Possible body control module issue?? Any ideas would help as my wife wants them working. Happy wife, happy life!! HELP!!
John/Horace
Welcome to the site. Your fog lights are turned on. This disables the high beams; it’s how they were wired at factory. Pressing once on rotary headlight function switch will turn them off. There is a small green icon in the cluster that shows when fogs are selected. Should be in the owners manual….that no one reads. ? Edited June 6, 2022 by John/Horace
John/Horace
If fogs not lit up. Check the bulbs aren’t burned out.
