Yogitech1
Transmission works fine but, makes noise like a cherping sound that increases and decreases with speed. I have a 2010 Journey SE 4 spd automatic. Any suggestions?

Not that kind of noise, it whinnies like a horse type sound. It speeds up or slows down with rpm's and changes in pitch but, it's not real loud. John/Horace
Fresh oil and pan filter is always a good starting point with transmissions. Look for large metal filings in the pan, hopefully none. Dirty filter can cause hydraulic pump cavitation, whinny noise. Use proper ATF+4 fluid. 5rebel9

Armando G
That kind of sound makes me think it might be a belt or per steering pump. Not sure if you checked the belts but take a look and take a look at your PS fluid. Otherwise, as stated above ☝ 2late4u

5rebel9
As member John/Horace posted........ I'd be willing to bet that this has NEVER been serviced as suggested on this vehicle.
