AnnoyedNeighbor
My neighbor has a Dodge Journey, don't know the year, looks within 5 years old, and I've already had two chances to try to disable the horn confirmation. I used a couple youtube videos that weren't specific to a Journey, but worked for other models of Dodge. One showed how to hold both lock and unlock buttons down simultaneously for 4 or 5 seconds, then let go at the same time. This didn't work for this Journey. It's very annoying and wakes me up when my neighbor hits the lock button ONCE it honks! Not twice, like most do, I thought. This wakes me up, please help me figure out how to stop this stupid feature from driving me crazy! Thanks!

ssteffen
If there is a screen like for a nav system then there is an option under setting on there that allows you to select horn on lock or not. I have a 2015 and that is how I do my selections. I hope this helps. I can give more step by step directions if needed
