rixell
Just wondering how they look and work without dropping more cash on a set of HID kits.
RAV
I've used them in other cars. They are great but the life is much shorter than normal bulbs. 1 to 1.5 years when used as driving lights (I drive with the headlights on all the time). 300winmag
I ran the same silverstars(not ultras) in my Taurus for years. after about a year they started to get just a bit yellower. but they were STILL much better then oem in lux and lumen. I like em, but them against PIAA.... I dunno. Piaa's look nice for the 6 month life span but at $100 where ever you buy them from better have a replacement warranty. email4walker
I ran some. Like RAV said, they don't last long. You will get a year if your lucky. Your better off with HIDs. They will last the life of the car. After I bought 2 sets of Silverstars Ultras in less than a year and half, that paid for a set of HIDs. Use silverstars for your high beams.
