Scott Lowthorp
My 2009 has a total of 4 outlets. 2 under the dash, 1 in center console facing the rear seat and 1 in the cargo area. The 2 under the dash and 1 facing the rear seat are not working! The one in the cargo area does....I've check the fuses and all are fine. Any ideas??? Thanks! warbird24
Some of these outlets on SOME cars are switched in such a way that the vehicle has to be "ON" to have juice to these outlets. I have one car that works that way and it sucks to THINK you are charging something while you are n the store, only to come back and find it's deader than a door nail. I am just putting that out there to see if that is the case. The center console might be a disconnected lead to that recepticle. Not sure how you would check for that. I guess this goes on the check list for things to look at BEFORE I take delivery! Chris
zmttoxics
I know you have to hit the button on the console for the AC outlet to work. For the 12V ones, when we plugged our ipod charger in the stereo went nutz (interference, which isn't cool). So I think they are putting out power but something isn't quite right....
