timmer547
I'm looking to install a emergency siren in my 2009 Journey. Trying to find a place to install a speaker in the front under the hood preferably. Its very tight in there unknown where to mount it. Tried taking the inner fender off on the driver side front by the battery but cannot put it under there not enough room. The next option was behind the grill. have to take the grill off. Anyone know how to do that? here are the dimensions of the speaker and other information about it Dimensions: 6.34" H x 6.75" W x 2.96" D Specifically designed for narrow & small spaces - just under 3" thick. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically with adjustable bracket.

Use a screw driver to pull them out. Look in the wheel well and you will see some more. Remove them too if you need to. Once you do that, you can get behind the grill/bumper.
