ossdon
Hi I just got my north american Dodge and it has MyGig RBZ model, because it's American the FM stations are only odds (i.e. 91.3, 91.5, 91.7MHz etc.) and I can't receive the even european stations (i.e. 91.4, 91.6, 91.8MHz etc.), Where can I find an European update software for the MyGig RBZ? Tnx Ilan
warbird24
I am not sure if this site can help or not: http://mofv.com/mygig/ They do have a tech support e-mail where you can ask questions directly. Chris
fbthree
For EU vehicles, you should have the "RB2" radio, not the RBZ. As for the frequency spacing, this is based on a vehicle setting (usually programmed at the vehicle factory) that tells the tuner to use EU spacing and frequency range. Make sure you have an "RB2" radio (it has dual tuner support for AF), and have the dealer confirm that the radio market is set to EU (the RBZ ignores this setting and supports US frequencies and spacing). Cheers!

The Chrysler dealer in Israel told me it is possible to update the MyGig for the European FM stations but he wants 300$ for the update, too pricey for me. I need to find how he is doing it, and do it myself. Ilan

It won't work with the RBZ because that radio it only works with North American spacing. RB2 radios are probably rare on eBay, but keep looking. Once the right radio is there, then the dealer can change the Radio Market setting on the vehicle to EU or ROW to get the other frequency spacings. And if the dealer wants $300 to make that change - look elsewhere. Or promise the tech a nice lunch to make the change! But you didn't hear that from me...
