jaymista
I take quite a few pictures of cars and trucks. Someone told me you can always tell the year of the vehicle from the VIN number tag on the top of the dash near the front windshield. I have looked at some of these but I can't figure out how they tell the year. Is there a way to do it that would work for all vehicles or does every manufacturer have their own method of reading these tags? How do you read the year on the VIN number?
