rear back-up camera

Back-up camera works sometimes. Showed service manager when I brought in for repair on cruise control with less than 200 miles on car. They ran on computer and said nothing was wrong. Did not look at it for a fix after that. Fixed cruise control but had no idea how to repair camera . The screen is blue with a bunch of squiggly lines, have taken a picture with cell phone. Ask dealership 70 miles away and they do not have any idea how to fix it either after I sent them the picture. Really feeling good for paying for something that does not work with a bumper to bumper warranty that does not get anything fixed. Any one else have a problem with this camera?

Please do not get me started about Sirius radio for 1 year free. Bought Journey end of July and received notice Sirius radio was to expire soon this morning. Called Sirius and was told it was only a 2 month trial, later it was a 3 month trial and still later it became 1 year. Great--until I am told it will only last 6 more monthsand we have owned car for 2 months. They never gave me the 8 month scenerio. Called Dodge and they said there was nothing they could do about it. But looking at our file said we were a loyal customer buying 7 Dodges in last 14 years. I told them I guess you do not want me to get number 8 from Dodge and he said nothing he could do.
