Kriegen
Has anyone rebuilt the Viscous Coupler (VC) in their AWD? Does anyone have shop manual or specs for doing this? Had to get a new rear differential, and when I pulled the VC off all the parts came out with it. I need to see what I am up against here. Any help would be great. Shriram
I just purchased a new one from ebay. It costs only 350$ new from ebay. Save yourself hassel of replacing the friction disk and clutch plates. Not worth the time and money. Cost of parts is more than 100$ John/Horace
