lowend1
2015 Journey R/T, V6, AWD. After a couple of days of unusually heavy rain, I noticed a sloshing sound on left turns. It seemed to be coming from the passenger side cowl/door area. Upon closer inspection, the door showed no sign of retaining water, so I removed the cowl fascia pieces and felt around inside and it felt dry. I moved to the interior and felt wetness in both the driver and passenger footwells. I took another ride and turned the blower motor up - on left turns, I could hear what sounded like water hitting the blower wheel in addition to the aforementioned sloshing. I feel pretty certain that a drain got clogged from all the rainfall, since I never had any issues prior to this and the AC always seemed to drain as you would expect. I have to get it up in the air to look for the drain hose - does anybody know where it is relative to the underside of the car?
