colormelovelyx
I need to replace my rear blend door actuator, does anyone have any helpful links or videos that can help me fix it and find the location? I’m seeing videos for other years and just wanted to ensure that it’s in the same location.
tsteves5
It should be at the very back of the vehicle, on the passenger (right) side behind the plastic cover. I've done this job twice myself on the mode actuator which is located in the same spot. You will also need a method to calibrate the new actuator once it's installed. In my case, I used AlphaOBD with a Bluetooth OBD receiver. I highly recommend getting an OEM Mopar actuator. The first time I used an after-market one and it only lasted a short time and had issues calibrating. It's not a fun job to do twice. 2late4u
colormelovelyx
Do I need to remove the rear seat to get access to it or can I get the panel off without that?
tsteves5
I assume that you're talking about the 3rd row seat. I did not have to remove that.
John/Horace
These guys list two versions, check actual Mopar number on the sensor. Their Pics are usually accurate. I don’t work for these guys. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/dodge,2019,journey,3.6l+v6,3443655,heat+&+air+conditioning,heater+air+door+actuator,10721
