Toronto owner of one of the first Journeys built

Hi All!

A short note to introduce myself and my (wife's) ride as a new member located near Toronto, Ontario.

I am the proud(?) owner of one of the first Journeys built (as was the case with our previous ride, a Dodge Magnum, and a couple of cars before that with the PT Cruiser).

We've had a few trials :slapfight: including recurring problems that eventually got fixed (faulty heating control unit that internittently drained the battery - they first replaced the battery and the entire entertainment unit several times each but it took over a year before finally fixed; complete drastic rear brake seizure; squeaky front door hinges) and some that didn't (horrid orange stains on driveway after a rain, apparently from front brakes; oil change warning light keeps coming on even after they said they reset it). :rant2:

Latest problem: remote start will start the car but it shuts off after about 5 seconds. Will have them look at thihs on the next oil change, unless I find something about it on the Forum.

Looking forward to learning what I need and sharing what I've learned...

Cheers

Tony
