I needed to know how many O2 sensors does my 2014 2.4L journey have .  I can see (2)behind the engine on the cat as well, but would those be the same size or are two different sensors.

First car I have seen with both the same, cool.  NTK who are part of NGK spark plug company make the oem unit.  I have had them on a journey for 5 yrs with no issues. Denso also make good products, they are mainly owned by Toyota and are one of the largest auto part companies. Have always had good luck with their products.

is it still left loose ,me facing the front of my journey 2.4l 2014 se

YES ! O2 sensors can get VERY TIGHT from all the heating/cooling cycles of engine operation. I've had to resort to 3' long 1/2" drive breaker bar for a few of the many I've changed thru the years. Make sure you use a quality O2 sensor socket, some designs are better than others.

ithanks for the tip...I got some walker product that orielys only had on stock at the moment, was able to remove upstream one and connect it as well, but when I started the journey up, it didn't make sense why it was acting all weird with the light flicking inside dash, like if it needed a new battery.    just went ahead removed the new O2 sensor and replaced the old back and worked well.  why would it do that???still confused

What brand sensor did you try? OE, Denso and NTK work best. Bosch is not well liked in these motors.

How many miles on the car and what symptoms/codes made you decide for O2 sensors? You may have a bad cat converter or other fuel management troubles.
