eknoz
I have a 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad that keep surging when AC is running. Feels like a stutter but only when in have the AC on. What can be the issue? I do notice when the AC is on the air blows full blast and then blows slowly then back to full blast over and over. 5rebel9
So many possibilities for someone not knowing maint history,{stutter/ 30k beyond spark plug change time eg.} . Full blast a/c does draw on the engine and computer trying to make stable is hard when plugs or injectors re not in good order. As for interior fan, could be related to engine rpm flux or weak battery. Good luck, and keep us posted! BTW did you ever find that bolt location??? Spark plugs replaced and gapped about 6 months ago. has been doing to stutter before and after new plugs. There is no pending or verified dtc's. Issue only occurs when the AC is on. Most time a bad injector or plug will cause a misfire and I am not reading any misfires. Also, no I did take the front end apart several times and did not find where the bolt goes. Even went to a few junk yards and took those apart to and still didn't see where it goes.
