I thought for sure the domain was dead and had being taken over by ads. My main issue was not the ads (at first), but the messy layout. EVERYTHING says chat with an expert and it seems to be taken over by JustAsk. Between every one or two items of the forum proper, there's another one of these gigantic chat...things. This site place to look and operate "as smooth as butter". I didn't want to enter my information at first because it just looked like some hacked website. And out of curiosity, is the website now teamed up with JustAsk? It's quite frankly a bit of a nightmare, as far as operation and aesthetically.
