Tyler
Hello everyone, I am really needing some help with a conundrum. I have a 2016 Dodge Journey RT all-wheel-drive that has a major overheating issue. My journey is on its second motor since purchasing it in July we have been through the entire cooling system, both heater cores and everything we can think of. The vehicle still continues to idle at 222°F and while driving only exceeds 225°F when underload over 3000 RPM with temp spiking as high as 242°F and still continues to jump around in between really needing help with this

Dean H
Have you checked the radiator cooling fan? These are the Dodge radiator cooling fan specifications. Coolant temperature Fan on 220 F Fan off 214 F AC on fan on.
