Dodge Journey Guide Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 The new Dodge Journey makes a promising seller It used to be that full-size pickups and midsize sedans brought in all the cash, and they still bring in lots of it, but the future of big, big sales surely will include this relatively new invention, the crossover. It performs all of the practical functions of a minivan without the "stigma" that keeps so many soccer moms and dads away from them. We won't get into the silliness of that stigma (just buy what you want or need; who cares what total strangers think of you?), but we will get into this acceptable minivan replacement. Since crossovers all look and drive pretty much alike, manufacturers are forced to load them with features to stand out. This Dodge has done well, with what the clinicians call "surprise and delight" features throughout. There are little things, such as the pop-down convex kid-watching mirror, the glovebox cooler and no fewer than eight storage wells--a smuggler's delight. READ MORE HERE.
