I would start by checking the push on small wire connector on the starter solenoid of the starter. If the plastic cover end is still there, take it off and check for expanded or deteriorated metal female end inside of that cover.

, when i turned the key for starting , nothing happens ,however my battery is in good condition    HAVE you actually had the battery load checked to make sure it is in top condition? also have you had the journey scanned with a quality scanners to see if there are any codes?

Considering the age of the car, and was just driven to get fuel....as long as it had interior power the battery should be OIK. I would also suspect the shift{gear sensor} may not be fully in park position due to possible shift cable end bushing wear. Try with key in run position of moving the shift lever through the gears and end in park or neutral and then try "cranking" it over.

I had a caravan I was driving down the road everything was fine, shut it off and then tried to start it and all the electronics went crazy and it wouldn't start battery was 4 yrs old and alt tested fine just finally died when it did I always start with the easiest and cheapest test before moving on to other more complicated things that might have gone bad

In fact, I use a maintainer/charger always , I have a voltmeter plugged into my cigarette lighter, and I don't have any fault warning lights on my dashboard, thank you.

Hi Rebel  : Honestly, I doubted that, and I shook the gear lever, shook the car while leaving it in position D, but the vehicle had to cool down a little for it to start again, also the vehicle drives at least 100 km per week.

OK, I was just trying to "cover" common possibilities as you did not post that you got it to start and by what condition.

All in all, it may be a wise move to have a battery load test done at a parts store or shop{usually free} just to be sure as once again no posted info as to battery age.

Also if still the original starter, by age it is getting old and could be drawing more amps to kick over than your battery is capable of when hot.

Keep us posted!

the original starter was replaced on july 2023 (recently) , the battery is an Energizer (AGM) , i also have installed a battery maintainer under the hood + a battery thermal wrap  . i wanna just mention that when it's happen and when we turn the key , we have power on the dash bord , but we dont here nothing when we try to activate the starter, till the engine is completly cold.  thanks for your support !

below are the photos of the old and the new starters.

Starter probably binding internally when heated up. They can fail like this sometimes. New starter over remanufactured unit is usually better. OEM over cheaper aftermarket even better. Mopar on Journey are often Nipodensa, one of the better manufacturers. Very pricy new. Reman Mopar is available.

Could jumper starter relay moving contacts, 85 and 87 when not turning over. If it then turns over, then  starter is ok, other issue like park neutral, security system, starter relay, wiring harness etc.
