2014 Journey R/T 3.6L electrical / powertrain issues

Hello,

New to the Forum and looking for some T/S help from anyone.  Had my 2014 Journey R/T 3.6L go into limp mode on me a couple of months back on my way to work.  Started with Battery Saver light on the instrument cluster followed by transmission shifted down into 1st or 2nd (couldn't go faster than 80 km/h at 4000 rpm!), center console screen went black, no more heater / fan controls, no headlights, no speedometer, etc, etc.  Got the unit home & changed out the battery, still had the Battery Saver indicator light on the instrument cluster.  Checked voltage when vehicle running and only getting 11.4 V.  Ok, changed out the alternator & no more Battery Saver light!! Fixed right?!  Wrong!!  Took for a test drive and vehicle won't shift past 1st gear.  Connected my code reader & got a pile of codes:  steering column control module (C2129, C212A), Anti lock brake codes, Drivetrain control module (U0401), Parktronics codes, radio frequency hub, instrument panel cluster, front control module.

Question is:  now that I have hopefully resolved the battery / charging system issue, do I need to get the computer flashed or am I looking at a bigger issue such as computer or control module?

Thanks.
