From 4.3 Uconnect To 8.4 Uconnect

I know this has been brought up before and done, but I just want to hopefully hear from someone who has done it before. I want to swap out the 4.3 Uconnect, which is literally the size of a credit/debit card. The 4.3 is one of the biggest complaints in my opinion, I have SiriusXM and it sounds so distorted, and I can’t really control my auto dimming mirror. The 4.3 is just not good, which is why I want to upgrade to the 8.4, I’m not gonna get the 8.4 with navigation because I bet that’s probably not great, plus I don’t really need it. I found a radio receiver that’s for an 8.4 without navigation which is basically what I want, I found a screen and an 8.4 bezel, which now leads me here. I know that you have to get a radio code from the receivers vin but I want to know if there is really anything else that I would have to do or if there is gonna be something that might not work properly.
