I just had mine in for an oil change 2 weeks ago and I asked the dealer to flash the EVIC. At first the service advisor started to say, "well, I'm not sure if there's an update out yet..." and I responded by telling them the message boards online had several people getting the update from their dealers so yes, it is out.
