aaranha
Hello, Is it possible to install 2 convetible baby seats into the second row, and still have place for an adult ? What about a Stroller into the trunk with a 3 seat row? does it fit? Trunk looks very small in the 3 row Journey! Thanks for any info! liateboy
I only have one baby seat in the 2nd row and I can see that you would not be able to fit two and an adult. You can fit a smaller stroller in the trunk area with the 3rd row seats up. I have a Chicco Liteway stroller and it fits....barely but it fits. Hope that helps

Hi, we live in Australia and are taking delivery of our 2010 plated Journey R/T next week, we have three small children and have bought this car because three child seats fit easily in the 2nd row. We also tried it with two child seats in the 2nd row with an adult, siting in between them, my wife was comfortably able to fit in the middle between the two child seats. Granted she is only 5 foot 3. Hope this helps Chris1276
Bubsy1106
we have a car seat in the second row and my son likes to sit in the 3rd row, and we have a stroller in the back. We just put down one side of the 3rd row.
Psyke
I guess it really depends on the size of the car seats vs the size of the adult. We had a Dodge Caliber prior to picking up the Journey, and with the one car seat (a safety first alpha omega 3 in 1), our 10 year old found it pretty cramped when she and a friend sat in the back with it, and it was worse with an adult, so I could only imagine how she would have been with two seats.. We got the 3rd row seating in the journey specifically for this, and looking at the setup, and while I found the seat easier to install more securely than in the caliber, we really didn't gain much elbow room in the journey, if any at all. The third row seating definitely comes in handy when she has friends in with us. However, the big problem you're going to have is accessing it; with two car seats, you may not be able to roll the second row forward to get back there. Stroller wise, I'm glad we're past that stage, but we'd probably be able to get our big gracco in there with nothing else, and defintely our small light weight foldup (could probably get two of them, but again, no room for anything else). If you either have two mid/large sized strollers or a dual stroller, forget about it. cheers! Steph S.
