TPMS will not give you an issue but 255 is way to wide for your stock wheels 235/55/19 is the biggest that will fit and work.
riashaw
i've got 255/50r19 on my journey, on stock wheels for the past 20k miles. they fit the stock rims just fine, but there is some slight rub in the front if i crank the wheel all the way and back up it rubs the strut slightly

What make of tires? I would have thought they would have been way too wide as rlwarner mentioned. Terry
eddiesmyth
Also got 255/50R19 Hankooks on ours, fits rims and runs like a dream
Journeyman425
They all have to be the same size otherwise it will wreak havoc with the ABS system due to rotation speed differences. Is yours AWD? If so, even more critical because two different tire sizes will burn up the clutches in the power transfer unit.
