Derekmclain9
I have a 4th gen ipod classic which it says is compatible with my 2011 journey with nav system but when i plug it in it says cannot read usb device. Is there anything special i need to know or a special cable or anything. Or does my ipod just not work with it. Thanks for any help.
drb227
I guess the first thing I would do would be to try a different USB cable. It's a long shot but you never know. It would also be good to try another iPod or USB memory stick to be sure the problem is not with the USB port itself.

Spetrie
I just picked up the same model (11' R/T w/Nav) and I can confirm that your iPhone 4 "SHOULD" work perfectly with your nav unit. Firt time I plugged it in I had to wait about 30 min before I was able to browse through Artist, album etc but since the initial load everything is AOK. Aside from the cable do you know anyone else with an iphone4 that you can try?
