grintwig
I know I'm an idiot I was so excited when I got my Journey Monday that I didn't read the manual and I put a 16 ounce drink in the beverage cooler. Now the door is jammed and I can't get it out. What can I do?
OhareFred
Well I guess I was an idiot as well because it happened to me as well! Anyway, I managed to get the door open by pressing the latch and slightly pushing the door IN and it released. Maybe I just got lucky but give it a try. Hope it works for ya! grintwig
I tried that and it didn't work. It's been so hot I think the drunk has burst in there and some is leaking out On the bright side eventually enough should leak out that I should be able to get it open. Germax
Well, hopefully it evaporates before it enters the airconditioning system.
Reverend
mine got stuck also once. i was able to jiggle the cover a little and then it opened. i do believe it was a hot day and i had the air con on, with the cooler thing inside it on also. might be something to do with it being cool in there and hot outside after i opened the door and left the Journey for a bit. something to do with air pressure, i dunno, i ain't no physicist. maybe try jiggling it side to side to let some air out? GoodMoodley
I was able to open it by prying the door open with mild to moderate force while pressing the button. I just used my fingers to pry. Has happened a couple times.
