oneframe
I have a 2010 Dodge Journey with the Nav Head Unit Model REU. Suddenly today I am unable to save my home address. I've been using the "Guide Me Home" feature with no problems since the day I got my vehicle a year ago. But now no matter how many times I get a confirmation that my home address has been saved, it doesn't save it and keeps on telling me I don't have a saved home address. Anyone with a similar head unit experience the same problem? Such a hassle to go to my dealer that takes so long to get serviced and doesn't even provide a loaner for anything. 19InBlkJrny
I don't have that particular head unit, but it sounds to be a power issue. Do you still have your preset radion stations?
oneframe
Thanks for response. Presets are fine. Oddly looks like a software glitch as my home address is bow back saved the next day when I started the car without having to save anything again. 19InBlkJrny
That makes good sense also, might look into software updates. There are several threads that will give links to update sites.
Eric Meyers
Unfortunately support for this unit has been dropped, so unless you're not on the last update, you're not going to get much help software-wise. Pretty disappointing they chose to drop any further support on a unit that is only a couple years old. I have it on my '09 and it's really glitchy. Windancer
Oddly looks like a software glitch as my home address is bow back saved the next day when I started the car without having to save anything again. Interesting problem I'm glad that you got it somewhat resolved, as I also have a 2010 Journey, fortunately I have never had this problem.
