TheMissouriShooter
Having purchased countless cars, trucks, boats and a airplane . I've never experienced this problem. Our 2009 Journey AWD has the following problem. The windshield washer on the passenger side stopped working. Upon further investigation (basically) looking under the hood , I found the 90 degree plastic piece broken off below the nipple that is on the outside of the hood. This vehicle is always service by the dealer. I just can't believe this small plastic piece failed. We really like the Journey and have considered purchasing another. Even though it's been towed twice to the dealer, once for a dead battery at 15,000 miles and once for a " coil failure" on top of a spark plug at 54,000 miles. It's also had a rear axle seal replaced. It currently has 56,500 miles and looks like new. 95% of it's mileage is highway mileage. Has any one else experienced this problem. bigtsr
My DJ is only a month old so would not expect this but when my '07 Dodge Caliber went thru the first winter the drivers side nozzle failed. I would say with it being '09 it's a minor annoyance and one of those things that happens considering how many times the hood has been open and closed with normal wear and tear.
