Jonathan
We had a nice surprise a couple weeks ago when we received a congratulations letter from Chrysler for purchasing a Chrysler service plan. I was surprised because we had not bought a service plan. After digging around on Google for a bit, I discovered that Dodge was including the service plan with the Journey Lux and Durango Citadel. It covers all scheduled and recommended maintenance for 3 years/36,000 miles. I believe it said that oil changes are at 3,000 mile intervals even though what I read online said 6,000. http://wot.motortrend.com/no-charge-dodge-durango-citadel-and-journey-lux-now-offer-nocost-maintenance-10057.html
Powdered Toast Man
Yeah, unfortunately only the Americans get this promo. Canadians get a hand shake and a wave.
ChrisPollard
I'm getting a hand shake, a wave, and a Dodge hat. They wouldn't throw in a free remote start, but I did talk them into a hat. I'm calling it a win! lol
Powdered Toast Man
It's probably because remote start is an option on other trim levels.

coolram62
I haven't seen a letter about this program. Do all 2011 Lux owners get it? Mrlux yours should be covered under the US 2 year courtesy plan depending on when it started. That is unless the LUX has more offered. Powdered Toast Man
There is no LUX model in Canada. Here, the R/T = Lux, and what is sold as the R/T in the USA isn't available here.
