generaltso
Anyone know what the deal is with Sirius BackSeat TV? It looks like it got all kinds of hype from Chrysler a couple years ago and was included as an OEM option on the 09 and 10 Journey. But all mention of it seems to have vanished starting with the 2011 model year, so I'm guessing that it's no longer an option. In looking around, I've noticed that the aftermarket BackSeat TV tuner has been discontinued. I called SiriusXM and asked if the service is being discontinued. They said that the service is alive and well, but only comes on new Chrysler vehicles. Anyone know anything about it?
Armendegga
I believe the reason it stopped in 2011 was because there were no backseat entertainment options for the 2011 Journeys... I've heard that they have reintroduced them for 2012, but not sure if the Sirius Backseat TV is an option for it now... Not sure if there are any 2012 Journey owners here with the backseat entertainment group yet.
generaltso
I didn't realize there wasn't a backseat entertainment option for the 2011. I ordered my 2012 with it, but there's no mention of Sirius Backseat TV being included with it, so I'd be surprised if it comes with it.
