Guest luv2drive
Located on the driver's door is the button to lock all occupant windows. On my vehicle it works for the backseat passengers no problem but doesn't work on the front passenger window. The front passenger can open and close their window doesnt matter if i have windows button set to lock or not. Is this how its supposed to be? ChrisPollard
That would depend who you ask. But the short answer is yes. That is how they work on the Journey. My previous '03 Sebring had a window lock that disabled ALL but the driver's window. Drove my wife NUTS! The setup in the Journey (just rear seats) is exactly the way we wanted a window lock switch to work. The adults up front both have window control ... kids in the back do NOT. bramfrank
I've never had a car that worked that way. If you want it to be non-standards it should be a user selectable feature. Locked windows are just that - not 'most windows locked'.
